Bookings and Payment

Coaching sessions and digital products must be paid for in full before access or delivery unless there is a specific installment option at point of sale. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Cancellations and Refunds

- Coaching Services: Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Programs or Courses: Refund policies will be outlined at the point of purchase. Please read them carefully before committing.
